Culture Days @ The Library
April 25th – Thursday – 6:30 pm – Downtown Library
Ishmael Angaluuk Hope will present the program Haa Léelk’w Hás Xh’agaxhtutée: We Will Imitate Our Grandparents at the Downtown library at 6:30 on Thursday, April 25th. He will talk about his apprenticeship of becoming an indigenous storyteller, especially focusing on learning though language and spending time with Elders. Expect an enlivening and enriching performance from this professional storyteller. There will be time for questions at the end.
This program is open to all ages.
Culture Days @ The Library is project to inform, educate, and enrich the lives of our community though the sharing of creative literature and conversation discussing the region’s rich history, cultures, and traditions.
