From Blog to Book

September 16, 2008

Stuff White People.   Ok, well don’t get alarmed at the title before you investigate.  When I first heard of the blog by this title I thought to myself, “Oh no, this is going to be some racist nightmare vision”.  Turns out I found it funny and offensive, but mostly funny.  And so did others, as it began to receive 300,00 hits per day.  The blog was so popular it landed its creator, Christian Lander a book deal with Random House.  See if its available at YOUR LIBRARY.   Listen to Lander read an expert from the book and see what NPR had to say about NPR being on the short list of Stuff White People Like.
